Vaan was 8 months on 3/5/13. WOW! I can't believe in 8 short months, we have a crawling, babbling, standing, energetic little boy! Vaan is on the MOVE! Not only is he crawling at lightning speed, he is pulling himself up on everything and moving around the table, couch, cupboards, and even the wall. I'm afraid we will have a running boy at any time. Of course with all this extra movement, Vaan's appetite is bigger and stronger than ever. He is eating food 3 times a day now along with having milk every 2 hours. It is hard to keep up with this little guy!
In Vaan's 8th month, he had his first Valentine's Day. Vaan gave out valentines to all his favorite ladies: Auntie Erica, Grandma Karen, and Grandma Connie. He had fun delivering them and showing off his 'most eligible bachelor' bib! Vaan also attended his first badger game this month! Bucky got a big win in double over time. It was exciting and tons of fun...even though it started at 8pm!
This is the month that I ran out of room on my iphone to take pictures...apparently 1300 is the max! Justin and I were introduced to the Apple world a few weeks before Vaan was born, so needless to say, I have 1300 pictures of baby! Storing pictures on my phone is no different than on the computer, disk, or zip drive, but for some reason I am having a hard time transferring the photos. The birth of Vaan and the birth of my i-device life seem to go hand in hand and I'm having a hard time letting go! It is time I transfer the photos and continue to take new ones so I can document this precious time in our lives...those of you with children know I have NO time to work on that baby book! Thank goodness for good notes, pictures, a special storage box, and iphone documentation...I will be able to sit down and make good progress on that book one of these nights!
